  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The item must not be a customized or personalized product, as these items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

2. Return Process

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Reach out to our customer service team at info@pixtoopin.com or call us at 734-839-8146. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with the return instructions. The RA number must be included on the return package to ensure proper processing.

  3. Packaging the Return:
    Carefully package the item(s) to ensure they arrive in their original condition. We recommend using the original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not shipped with tracking.

  5. Processing the Return:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

3. Refunds
